Cold chain logistics for our bakery deliveries

We've been running a specialty bakery in Umm Suqeim for about three years now, and we've recently expanded into supplying several high-end cafes and hotels across Dubai with our pastries and cakes, which has been great for business but honestly a nightmare when it comes to keeping everything chilled during delivery. Our products are pretty delicate, especially the cream-filled pastries and mousse cakes that need to stay consistently cold or they just fall apart and look terrible by the time they reach the customer. We've been using a mix of insulated bags and foam coolers, but the volume we're moving now means we need something much bigger and more reliable for our daily delivery runs. I've been looking at these large insulated containers that seem like they'd hold a substantial amount of product while maintaining temperature for several hours, and I'm thinking an insulated tub 310 litres would be the perfect size for our daily delivery needs, big enough to hold multiple trays but still manageable to load into our delivery van. My main question is how well these actually perform in the back of a van during the summer months when we're doing multiple drops and opening the lid frequently at each stop. I don't want to invest a chunk of money only to find out it can't handle the real-world conditions we're dealing with every day. Would really appreciate any feedback from other food businesses using these for daily deliveries.
