Where do I even start with a Land Rover inspection?
I'm finally in the market for a used Range Rover and I've found one that looks promising, but I'm honestly overwhelmed by the whole inspection side of things. The seller is a nice enough guy and the car drives fine on the test drive, but I've heard from multiple people that Land Rovers can hide problems that don't show up until a few weeks later, especially with the air suspension and the electronics. A friend told me to check out prepurchasecarinspection.ae/brands/land-rover but I don't know anyone who has actually used them, so I'm a bit hesitant to book blind. Has anyone here gone through a proper pre-purchase inspection on a Land Rover? Did it catch something the seller conveniently forgot to mention? I'm in Dubai and the car is in Sharjah, so I'm also trying to figure out if mobile inspectors travel between emirates. The seller is pushing me to decide soon, which always makes me suspicious, and I don't want to rush into something I'll regret. Any real experiences would really help me out.
